Normal Activities

May 6, 2020, Mackinzee O'Neil pushing a puzzle through the dye.
She gets an order and puts it onto a plastic/cardboard material board.
She then puts that bored onto a flat and pushing it through what's called a dye.
The dye then breaks up the picture into little puzzle pieces.
She bags up the puzzle, put's it into a box, and sends it to the shipping station.
She works at FujiFilm where customized orders are sent and she makes.
During this quarantine, people are becoming extremely bored and stir crazy.
The warehouse has been super busy with orders and trying to get everything
out to people as soon as possible.

May 6, 2020, Julia Sweany put together boxes to start shipping.
Most of their orders are from Shutterfly, so they have to put together
the Shutterfly box for the puzzle. Some orders that come through are from
Collage. Those puzzles go into a smaller, brown box that is more irritating to
put together.

May 6, 2020, Julia Sweany begins shipping the puzzles. This part of the job is the funniest because it's so high pace. Once Mackinzee is done breaking the picture into puzzle pieces and
boxing it up, she hands it to Julia. You can see in the right corner there, the program FujiFilm
uses to scan and ship. First, Julia scans the back of the box, and the first
printer prints out a picture/sticker that is stuck onto the middle of the box.
She then scans the barcode on that picture and another printer prints out a
receipt that is folded and put into the Shutterfly or Collage box
along with the puzzle. She then gives it to the shippers to put onto the
belt and ship!
